Watertown police arrested a 21-year-old man early Saturday after an alleged incident at the Paddock Arcade.

Andrei C. Suciu, of 10334 4th Armored Division Drive, Fort Drum, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

According to police, Mr. Suciu pushed Troy J. Ashcraft, Watertown, into a plate glass window, which broke, placing Mr. Ashcraft in danger from falling shards of glass.

Damage to the window was estimated at $500.

Mr. Suciu was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and released on $500 bail.
