Chelsea Elizabeth Perrine, Madrid, and Joshua Darryl Hough, Waddington, were married at 3 p.m. Sept. 28 at Park United Methodist Church, Hamilton, with the Rev. Nick Preuninger officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Jeffrey and Vicki Perrine, Madrid. She was given in marriage by her father. The groom is the son of Richard and Melissa Hough, Waddington.

Megan McLaughlin, Buffalo, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were MaKenzie Hough, Waddington, sister of the groom, and Cierra Wells and Britney Wells, both of Madrid, cousins of the bride, Megan Watson, Albany, and Jennifer Lieberman, El Paso, Texas.

Raymond Burns, Waddington, was his cousin’s best man. Groomsmen were Brandon Perrine, Madrid, brother of the bride, Stephen Burns, Waddington, cousin of the groom, William Clairmont, East Greenbush, Eric Hargrave, Madrid, and Jason Price, Albany.

A reception was held at Colgate Inn in Hamilton. The couple took a one-week honeymoon to St. Lucia.

Mrs. Hough graduated in 2005 from Madrid-Waddington Central School, Madrid, and in 2011 from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences with a doctorate in pharmacy. She is a pharmacist for Rite Aid Pharmacy, Norwich.

Mr. Hough graduated in 2004 from Madrid-Waddington Central and in 2009 from SUNY Plattsburgh, with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in teaching. He is a middle school math teacher at Morris Central School.

Mr. and Mrs. Hough reside in Norwich with their golden retriever puppy, Porter.
