INADEQUATE EXHAUST - MASSENA - Village police ticketed James S. Gadway, 29, of County Route 38, Brasher Center, for operation of a vehicle with an inadequate exhaust at 12:58 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Main Street.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Julie E. Ladue, 22, of 44 Bishop Ave., Massena, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed her for operation of a vehicle with an obstructed plate at 12:20 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on South Main Street.

FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Courtney L. Garris, 25, of County Route 43, Massena, for following too closely at 6:33 p.m. Friday following an incidenton Parker Avenue.
