MASSENA — Two women were treated at Massena Memorial Hospital following an alleged domestic dispute Saturday morning.

Andrew G. Courson, 24, of 24 Roosevelt St., was charged by village police with second-degree burglary, criminal obstruction of breathing, three counts of third-degree assault, three counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree contempt of court about 7:45 a.m.

Police said Mr. Courson was at his mother’s house, 24 Roosevelt St., and was told to leave.

Police said he allegedly went back into the house and choked his ex-girlfriend, who was at the residence with the couple’s son.

Police said Mr. Courson then beat up both his mother and his ex-girlfriend and broke household items. Mr. Courson also violated an order of protection against his son, officers said.

Mr. Courson is being held at St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $20,000 bail .
