DWI - POTSDAM - Village police charged Michele J. Parker, 39, of Potsdam with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving and ticketed her for moving from lane unsafely, driving to the left of pavement markings and speed not reasonable and prudent at 6:40 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Maple Street. Police said they responded to a complaint that Parker had passed several vehicles in an unsafe manner on Maple Street. Police said Parker refused to take a breath test. She was arraigned by Potsdam Town Justice James Mason and released on her own recognizance
