MORRISTOWN Investigators are determining the cause of a fire that destroyed a home at 3845 County Route 6, Morristown, at 11:41 p.m. Saturday.
Officials said there were no injuries, as the owner, Jeramy Ward, and one other occupant of the house were not home at the time of the fire.
Morristown, Heuvelton and Brier Hill fire departments responded.
The fire departments of Hammond and Rensselaer Falls were on stand-by.
Officials said the house, which was a total loss, was insured.
