Pulaski man charged with possession of hypodermic instruments

RICHLAND — Richard A. Wilder, 45, of 306 County Route 28, Pulaski, was arrested Dec. 31 and charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and illegal U-turn after state police said 14 hypodermic syringes were found in his vehicle.

The syringes were discovered following a traffic stop on Interstate 81.

He was arrested at 12:15 p.m. and issued appearance tickets for Town Court.

Mr. Wilder additionally was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant issued by Oswego City Court. He was turned over to Oswego city police for processing on the warrant.
