DWAI DRUGS - BOMBAY - Massena-based state police charged Jeffery W. Holcombe, 29, of Chateaugay with driving while ability impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a hypodermic needle following a traffic stop at 10:43 a.m. Tuesday on state Route 95 in the town of Bombay. He was also ticketed for an equipment violation - operation of a vehicle with broken glass.

STOLEN PROPERTY - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Christopher J. Perry, 23, of Brushton with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property following a stop at 2:15 a.m. Wednesday on County Route 4. Troopers said the charge stemmed from an investigation into a larceny from vehicle complaint filed with troopers on Jan. 4 from the town of Moira. He was arraigned in local court and sent to the Franklin County Jail.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MASSENA - State police from around the region investigated several property damage accidents Tuesday. Among those:

■ Elizabeth A. Murray, 22, of Fort Covington at 9:32 p.m. on Route 11, near Ketchum Road, in the town of Burke.

■ Mark J. Snyder, 22, of Brushton at 5:20 p.m. on County Route 7, near Sexton Road, int he town of Moira.
