Josh Keruski scored 17 points to pace the Patriots, who outlasted the Vikings to prevail in overtime in a divisional crossover game at Sackets Harbor.
Colton Belcher contributed 12 points and 20 rebounds for Sackets Harbor (8-2, 7-1) and Ryan Allen contributed 12 points, including three in overtime, along with 10 rebounds and five assists. Kyle Gonseth was credited with seven assists as well as eight points.
Eli Baldwin scored 17 points to lead Thousand Islands (5-5, 5-4), and Teddy Ebbing and Austin Matthews contributed 11 and 10 points, respectively.

Antonio Figueroa poured in 21 points to help spark the Golden Knights to a D Division victory at Belleville.

Josh Newman recorded a double-double in his varsity debut as the Falcons claimed a crossover victory over the Red Knights at LaFargeville.
Newman, a freshman junior varsity call-up, scored 10 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for South Lewis (7-1, 6-1). Jason Martin scored a game-high 17 points and Matt Mooney managed 12 points and seven boards for the Falcons.
Matt Valin scored 12 points to lead LaFargeville (2-9, 2-7).
IHC 7, MOHAWK VALLEY 2
Seniors Jared Pignone and Jake Renzi factored into five and four goals, respectively, to lead the Cavaliers to a Section 3 Division I American Conference victory in Rome.
Pignone scored and provided four assists while Renzi recorded two goals and two assists for Immaculate Heart (6-4, 3-3). Cole James stopped 25 shots.
Mohawk Valley dropped to 2-8, 1-5.
INDIAN RIVER 54, CARTHAGE 33
Sonny McPherson and Dylan Crowder each captured their team-leading 20th victory of the season, leading the Warriors past the Comets in an A Division bout at Carthage.
McPherson scored a pinfall at 170 pounds while Crowder received a forfeit at 145 for Indian River (6-6, 4-0).
For Carthage (2-4, 0-1), Andy McFarland scored a pin over Stefan Colbert in a matchup of sectional contenders at 120 pounds.
SANDY CREEK 60, COPENHAGEN 12
The Comets recorded four wins by pinfall en route to a C Division victory at Copenhagen.
Jake Benedict (195 pounds), Hunter Delamater (170), Justin Bonny (145) and Jared Williams (138) recorded pins for Sandy Creek (5-3, 3-0).
Connor Carroll (113) won by pin for Copenhagen (4-11, 0-3).
