A Watertown man was charged with a felony charge of criminal contempt and second-degree harassment after city police accused him of spitting at the mother of his children and pouring a bottle of milk over her head.
Zachary A. Foote, 22, of 116 S. Indiana Ave., Apt. 8, was accused of harassing Cynthia J. Maggard, of 225 Mosley Drive, Syracuse, Monday morning at 300 N. Indiana Ave.
Mr. Foote is accused of violating an order of protection issued by Jefferson County Family Court by Judge Peter A. Schwerzmann.
He was charged at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment at approximately 8:50 a.m. Wednesday. He was processed and held on $250 cash bail pending arraignment in City Court.
