Ogdensburg police ticketed Paul G. Hadlock, 56, of 823 Pickering St., at 9:28 p.m. Tuesday on Route 37 for failing to stay on the right side of the road.

Police arrested Ciera R. Bub, 27, of 5173 County Route 6, at 10:04 a.m. Wednesday at the police station on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear at her court date and pay a fine. She was originally arrested for third degree assault. Ms. Bub was arraigned and released under her own recognizance.

Shane M. Kerry, 30, of 338 Paterson St., apt. 4, was arrested by police at 10:05 a.m. Wednesday at the police station no a city court bench warrant for failing to pay a fine. He was originally charged with petit larceny. Mr. Kerry was arraigned and released under his own recognizance.

Alexander S. Garvey, 27, of 900 Lake St., was arrested by police at 10:05 a.m. Wednesday at the police station on a city court arrest warrant for second degree criminal contempt. He was arraigned and released under his own recognizance.

Police ticketed 23-year old Matthew J. Pearson Jr. of 812 Washington St. at 11:53 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Lafayette Street for driving 41 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour speed zone.

Cynthia A. Ghize, 54, of 419 Park St., was ticketed by police at 12:52 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Morris and Greene Street for failing to yield the right of way at a stop sign following a two-car accident.

Police ticketed 25-year old Blane A. Fisher of 1130 Ford St. at 1:15 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Paterson Street for driving without a license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance and the unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released with an appearance ticket.
