DWI - WINTHROP - Massena-based state police charged Devin M. Chambers, 23, of Winthrop with driving while intoxicated and consuming alcohol in a vehicle on a public highway after responding to a suspicious vehicle complaint at 1:48 a.m. Saturday. Troopers said the arrest was made at 119 Skinnerville Road.

MENACING - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Michael R. Currier, 38, of Massena with two counts of second-degree menacing at 9:57 p.m. Friday following an investigation into a domestic incident reported to troopers at 6:50 p.m. Jan. 20.

TRESPASSING - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Danielle M. Kreider, 23, of Potsdam with two counts of trespassing Friday at 200 Main St.,, Potsdam Main Street Apartments. Troopers said the charges stemmed from a complaint filed with troopers on Dec. 27 from the town of Potsdam.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - CANTON - State police investigated a number of property damage accidents in recent days. Amonth those:

■ Wayne A. Phillips, 60, of Colton at 4:58 a.m. Saturday on state Route 68, near Fulton Road, in the town of Canton.

■ Tara N. Bartlett, 44, of Canton at 11:13 p.m. Friday on County Route 25 at Dutton Road in the town of Russell.

■ Eric J. Balcom, 31, of Saranac Lake at 9:44 p.m. Friday on state Route 3, near Route 56, in the town of Colton.

■ Clayton C. Caster, 78, of Colton at 5:38 p.m. Friday on Route 68, near County Route 24m in the town of Colton.

■ Tabitha A. Durham, 37, of Potsdam at 12:47 p.m. Thursday on County Route 47, near Cook Road, in the town of Stockholm.

■ Mark A. Downey, 62, of Norwood and Jennifer S. Tavernia, 39, of Brasher Falls were involved in a two-vehicle collision at 9:07 a.m. Thursday in the parking lot at 58 Spring St., Perry’s Big M, in the village of Norwood.

■ Jesse T. Bilow, 19, of Moira at 12:17 p.m. Friday on Mill Road, near Route 11, in the town of Moira.

■ Shawn David McGovern, 50, of North Bangor at 4:30 p.m. Friday on County Route 32, near Quain Road, in the town of Bombay.
