A Watertown woman was arrested Friday night after city police said she pushed an officer after being repeatedly told to stop shouting.

Torilynn M. McAuley, 33, of 661 Factory St., Apt. 3, was charged with disorderly conduct after she was told repeatedly by a uniformed officer to cease shouting shortly after 10 p.m. Police allege that she continued to shout and was subsequently charged with disorderly conduct.

Ms. McAuley was also charged with second-degree harassment after police said she pushed officer Joseph A. Giaquinto during the exchange.

She was arrested at 10:37 p.m. at her residence and transported to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building. She was held on $100 police bail pending arraignment in City Court.
