David M. Warner, 58, of 665 Olive St., Apt. 3, was charged at his residence Saturday night with disorderly conduct after city police said he yelled profanities and derogatory comments at his neighbor.
According to police, Mr. Warner was yelling at Christopher L. Reynolds, 665 Olive St., Apt. 2, and could be heard throughout the building. Police said Mr. Warner was twice told within the three hours preceding his arrest to keep his noise level down.
He was charged with disorderly conduct at 5:22 p.m. and transported to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, where he was held on $100 police bail pending arraignment in City Court.
