Elise M. Stefanik, a candidate for New York’s 21st Congressional District, will speak at the Conservative Party of New York’s 47th annual political action conference in Albany at 11 a.m. Monday.

She will be introduced by Douglas L. Hoffman, the party’s nominee in the 2009 and 2010 Congressional elections.

“It is truly a privilege to be joining the impressive list of conservative leaders who are speaking at this year’s conference,” Ms. Stefanik said in a news release about the event. “I thank Conservative Party Chairman Long for inviting me to speak and to share my vision for bringing new ideas and new leadership to represent New York’s 21st District in Washington. With the support of Conservatives, Republicans and Independents, we will win back this seat.”
