A Watertown woman was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unsafe backing after city police said she backed into a car.
The accident occurred at 12:16 p.m. Tuesday in the parking lot of Watertown Savings Bank, 140 Clinton St. Police said Andrea J. Morgia, 41, of 22457 Eacho Drive, was attempting to back into a parking space, but because of whiteout conditions, could not see that there was already a car in the spot.
Ms. Morgia was driving a 2000 Ford when she struck a 2001 Subaru owned by Kevin M. Clark, of 31562 Route 4, Cape Vincent. Both vehicles suffered minor damage.
She was issued tickets returnable to City Court.
