The Thousand Islands Performing Arts Fund, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the development and management of the 525-seat Clayton Opera House, is seeking applicants for an executive director to be responsible for the development and management of the Opera House.
The venue has served as an important hub for cultural and community events for more than a century. With a $3,275,000 renovation in 2007, the two-story performance hall and third-floor ballroom were returned to their original luster. The opera house is a magnet for thousands of visitors every year, hosting nationally acclaimed artists as well as community events and private celebrations.
