POTSDAM Christian L. Collette, 21, Yalesville, Conn., was charged by state police with aggravated driving while intoxicated early Sunday.
Police said Mr. Collette was stopped on Main Street in the village for an inadequate headlight.
His blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent, police said. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or higher.
