CAPE VINCENT—An employee of Cape Dairy, Motel & Laundromat was charged Jan. 24 with selling alcohol to a minor.

Nicholas J. Benvenuto, 24, of 2452 Grant Road, was charged at the store, 112 E. Broadway, with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage and first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child.

Police said the incident occurred about 9 p.m. He is to appear in Town Court.
