Ogdensburg police ticketed Lee R. Sattler, 17, of 472 Murphy Road, Lisbon, at 8:31 a.m. Wednesday on the 2300 block of Montgomery Street for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and unsafe backing following a two-car accident.

Nathan E. Finley, 25, of 172 Lost Village Road, was ticketed by police at 9:35 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Ford and Denny streets for driving an uninspected motor vehicle, driving without a front facing license plate and driving through a stop sign.

Police arrested Sarah A. Lajoy, 30, of 512 Hasbrouck St., at 10:09 a.m. Wednesday at the police station on a city court arrest warrant for criminal obstruction of breathing, endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree falsely reporting an incident. She was arraigned and sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $2,500 bail or $5,000 bond.

Police arrested Victor P. Green, 33, of 512 Hasbrouck St., at 11:25 a.m. Wednesday at the police station on a city court arrest warrant for third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned and released under the supervision of probation.

Police ticketed Jobes Claus, 66, of 118 Rue Rockhurst, Wakefield, Quebec, at 1:05 p.m. Wednesday on the 700 block of Canton Street for not using the correct lane and failing to comply with police orders.

Thomas M. Larose, 45, of 108 Albany Ave., was arrested by police at 2:33 p.m. Wednesday at the police station for failing to pay a fine. He was originally charged with petit larceny and trespassing. He was arraigned and released under his own recognizance.

Johnathan R. Galvan, 56, of 177 Cemetery Road, was ticketed by police at 4:27 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Greene and Paterson streets for failing to yield the right of way at a stop sign following a two-car accident.

Police ticketed 23-year-old Kasey F. Tulip of 5900 County Route 27 at 6:43 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Route 37 and Champlain Street for driving at an unreasonable speed and driving with her view obstructed after she crashed. No other cars were involved.
