Troy Wilson scored 33 points, going 10-for-10 at the foul line, as second-seeded Lyme upset No. 1 Sackets Harbor, 63-56, for the Frontier League “D’’ Division boys basketball title Saturday at Jefferson Community College.

Tim Morrow contributed 16 points for Lyme (11-6).

Josh Keruski led the Patriots (15-3) with 18 points and Eric Chrostowski added 13.

Regular-season champion Sandy Creek won the “C’’ Division title with a 60-48 win over No. 2 South Lewis.

Tyler Swarthout scored 23 points to pace the Comets (16-2). Josh Martin finished with 20 points for South Lewis (14-4).
