Brownville man accused of throwing chair in alleged domestic incident

BROWNVILLE — Sean M. Sullivan, 31, of 22869 County Route 59, was charged early Sunday morning after he allegedly threw an office chair during an altercation.

Sheriff’s deputies said Sean and Michael Sullivan were engaged in a physical altercation when Sean threw the chair, striking Michael in the head. Michael suffered a laceration, swelling and a large bruise.

Sean was arrested at 3:17 a.m. on Mill Street on one count of second-degree assault, a class D felony. He was processed at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and arraigned in Glen Park Village Court. He was remanded back to the jail and held on $500 cash bail pending a court date in Town Court.
