CARTHAGE — State police arrested Stephen J. Percy, 27, of 410 West St., after he was invited over to a woman’s residence, where he yelled at her, broke a lamp and punched her in the mouth.

Police said Mr. Percy was at he residence of Kelsey Triviso, 258 Champion St., Apt. 6, West Carthage, in the early hours of Sunday morning when he began yelling at her and intentionally broke a lamp. Police said Mr. Percy then punched Ms. Triviso in the mouth. Her condition was unknown.

He was arrested at 6:00 a.m. Sunday at his residence and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. He was transported to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and held on $250 cash bail pending arraignment in West Carthage Village Court.
