Ogdensburg police arrested Scott M. Kroeger, 29, and Jade M. Boyer, 27, both of 504 Ford Ave., at their home at 12:52 p.m. Friday for fourth-degree grand larceny, three counts of second-degree forgery and three-counts of petit larceny on behalf of the Massena Police Department. Mr. Kroeger and Ms. Boyer were picked up by Massena police.

Police ticketed Robert P. Purser, 24, of 1311 Ford St., at 2:36 p.m. Friday on the 1500 block of Ford Street for driving uninspected motor vehicle.

Police arrested Chad J. Dean, 24, of 442 Belmont Courts, at 3:07 p.m. Friday at the police station on a city court arrest warrant for second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. The warrant stemmed from an incident on Jan. 26 at his home. He was released with an appearance ticket.

Police arrested Koby L. Schwartz, 30, of 442 Belmont Courts, 3:31 p.m. Friday at the police station on a city court arrest warrant for second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. The warrant stemmed from an incident on Jan. 26 at his home. He was released with an appearance ticket.

Police ticketed Ryan P. Farrell, 30, of 428 Pine St., at 5:04 p.m. Friday on the 600 block of Ford Street for following too closely after a property damage car accident.

Michael S. Brookes, 35, of 11 Grove St., was arrested by police at 7:17 p.m. Friday at 426 Pine St. on a city court arrest warrant for endangering the welfare of a child and first-degree criminal contempt. The warrant was related to an incident on Jan. 23 at his house. He was arraigned and released under the supervision of probation.

Police ticketed Crystal L. Claxton, 32, of 28 Gilbert St., at 11:54 a.m. Saturday on the 1500 block of Ford Street for driving an uninspected motor vehicle.

Police arrested Shayn A. Austin, 21, of 30 Country Club Road, Gouverneur, at 7:29 p.m. Sunday Walmart for petit larceny, third-degree burglary and resisting arrest on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear at his court date and pay a fine. He was arraigned and sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond.

Police arrested Gary A. Robinson, 33, of 11396 Route 37, Lisbon, at 9:58 a.m. Monday at the police station on a city court bench warrant for violating the terms of his probation. He was arraigned and released on the supervision of probation.

Police arrested Andrew C. Simmons, 35, of 5626 Route 812, at 2:15 p.m. at the police station for failing to appear at his court date. He was arraigned, plead guilty and was released under the condition that he does not get in trouble with the law for six months.
