MASSENA The New York Power Authority will continue its Free Friday Matinees in February with showings of contemporary movies at the admission-free Frank S. McCullough Jr. Hawkins Point Visitors Center and Boat Launch at the St. Lawrence-Franklin D. Roosevelt Hydroelectric Power Plant. It will be closed on Monday in honor of Presidents Day. From Feb. 18 through Feb. 21, NYPA will be sponsoring free family films at 10 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to coincide with school winter break; that schedule will be announced shortly.
