DWI - OSWEGATCHIE - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Diamond S. Stone, 18, of Madrid with driving while intoxicated and driving while ability impaired by alcohol or drugs following a traffic stop at 4:29 a.m. Saturday on state Route 68 in the town of Oswegatchie.



UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - MASSENA - Massena-based state police reported Saturday they had charged Jeffrey J. Provost, 21, of Massena with unlawful possession of marijuana at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday at 107 Stoughton Ave. Troopers had gone to the Stoughton Avenue residence as part of an investigation into a reported armed robbery at Steve’s Stop and Shop, Route 37, Louisville.



CRIMINAL POSSESSION MARIJUANA - WESTVILLE - Malone-based state police charged Jasleen Saini, 19, of Queens Village with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana - more than 25 grams and less than 2 ounces) following a stop at 2:22 p.m. Friday on County Route 19 in the town of Westville.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MASSENA - State police investigated a number of property damage accidents Friday and early Saturday around the region. Among those:

■ Benjamin J. Budd, 19,of Brushton struck a parked vehicle at 1:25 a.m. Saturday on Route 11B, near Perrin Road, in the town of Potsdam.

■ Hillarie L. McIntosh, 18, of Gouverneur at 12:48 p.m. Friday on Route 11, near County Route 54, in the town of Lawrence.

■ Scott D, Monette, 55, of Brushton and Jesse L. Dunning, 25, of Moriah Center at 3:52 p.m. Friday on Porter Road, near Windmill Lane, in the town of Malone.
