The weather provided a pefect backdrop as the fourth annual Lion Club Polar Bear 5K enjoyed a classic winter scene for its Ogdensburg RiverShiver event on Saturday.

Highlighting the day was a duel between Jean Bernaquez and Hugh Wilson who both broke the 30-minute mark finishing one second apart in a duel for Men’s 70-Over honors.
