The funeral for Bernard F. Larkin, II of 14 High Street Adams will be on Thursday February 20, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of TLC Funeral Home, Inc. Calling hours will be prior to the funeral from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Internment will be in the spring in Adams Rural Cemetery. Mr. Larkin passed away on February 15, 2014. He was 47.
He was born in Watertown, New York on June 22, 1966 the son of Bernard and Gail Shaw Larkin. He attended school at S. Jefferson Central School. He worked in construction earlier in his life and was also a meat cutter for the Watertown Meat Market until he retired for health reasons. He married Jennifer McConnell September 12, 2009 in Adams, New York. Mr. Larkin enjoyed NASCAR, fishing, trapping, hunting and the annual event of the Cherryville New Years Eve Shooters. Donations can be made in his name to the American Kidney Association or the American Diabetes Association.
Surviving are his wife, Jennifer and his three daughters Angel McCree of Alabama, Krystal Larkin of Watertown and Kristen Cabrera of N. Carolina, his three sons and a daughter in law Bernard and Wendy Larkin, III of Watertown, Justin Larkin of Lorraine and Jonathan Larkin of Watertown, his parents Bernard and Gail Larkin of Adams, his step children Kelly Lewis, Richard and Tellissa Fuller all of N. Carolina, his two sisters and a brother in law Christina Hedger of Adams and Mrs. John (Christy) Duvall of Watertown, his six grandchildren Joscelyne and Gabriel Larkin of Watertown, Liam and Leon McCree of Alabama and Richard and James Black of N. Carolina. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Arrangements are with TLC Funeral Home, Inc.
