DRIVER’S VIEW OBSTRUCTED - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Matthew J. Marko, 42, of Syracuse for driver’s view obstructed following a traffic stop at 9:57 p.m. Feb. 10.

SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Abraham Johnson, 57, of Hogansburgfor speed in zone following a traffic stop at 7:57 a.m. Feb. 11 after he was allegedly observed operating a vehicle at 60 mph in a posted 45 mph zone.



TRAFFIC SIGN - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Luanne C. Johnson, 45, of Akwesasne, Que., for disobeying a traffic sign following a traffic stop at 10:27 a.m. Feb. 11.



DWI - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Colt R. Newton, 21, of Constablewith operation of a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more, driving while intoxicated, failed to use designated lane and inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 2:12 a.m. Feb. 13. Police allege Newton’s blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent. He was released to appear March 11 in Bombay Town Court.



PETIT LARCENY - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Anthony C. McCumber, 24, of Kahnawake, Que., with petit larceny following an incident at the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino at 1 a.m. Friday. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail with bail set at $500 cash or $1,000 bond.

INADEQUATE STOP LAMPS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Lisa M. Davis, 49, of Madridfor inadequate stop lamps following a traffic stop at 10:29 p.m. Friday.



DISOBEY TRAFFIC SIGN - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Hunter R. Hayden, 18, of Massenafor disobeying a traffic sign following a traffic stop at 12:08 a.m. Saturday.



AUO - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Crystal T. Lazore, 36, of Hogansburgwith third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, inadequate tail lamps and operation of a motor vehicle by unlicensed driver following a traffic stop at 1:21 a.m. Saturday. She will answer the charges March 11 in Bombay Town Court.

AUO - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Chloe A. Diabo, 19, of Rooseveltownwith third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and insufficient tail lamps following a traffic stop at 8:34 p.m. Saturday. She will answer the charges March 11 in Bombay Town Court.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Louis M. King, 31, of Akwesasnefor inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 8:44 p.m. Saturday.



DISORDERLY CONDUCT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Ryan J. Prentice, 34, and Kary D. Prentice, 42, of Massenawith disorderly conduct following an incident at 2:49 a.m. Sunday at the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino. Mr. Prentice will answer the charge March 4 in Bombay Town Court and Mrs. Prentice will appear March 11 in Bombay Town Court.
