CANTON — A St. Lawrence County grand jury indicted two men Tuesday each with multiple counts of felony aggravated driving while intoxicated under Leandra’s Law because they had children in the vehicles.

Jonathan E. Corbine, 23, of 62 Trout Lake Road, Edwards, is charged with two counts of aggravated DWI. It is alleged that Mr. Corbine had a 0.17 percent blood alcohol content while driving Aug. 30 on County Route 38 in the town of Norfolk with a 22-month-old as a passenger.

Edward G. Gagnon, 24, of 73 Turner Road, Hammond, is charged with two counts of aggravated DWI and driving while ability impaired by drugs. It is alleged that Mr. Gagnon drove while under the influence of marijuana August 23 on New York Avenue in Ogdensburg with 22-month-old and an 8-month-old as passengers.
