A Watertown woman was arrested Wednesday night after city police said she left the Cracker Barrel restaurant, 1289 Coffeen St., at 2:47 p.m. without paying her bill.

Heather A. Mims, 35, of 24851 Arbor Drive, was arrested at her residence at 6:09 p.m. and charged with theft of services, a misdemeanor. Police said the bill she allegedly did not pay was for $31.43.

She was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building for processing and released on $250 police bail. She is to answer the charge in City Court.
