State police arrested a Watertown man Friday night in the city of Oswego on multiple charges stemming from a vehicle stop.
Police said Jonathan P. Simpson, 23, of 1217 Faichney Drive, was stopped on West Bridge Street. Police allegedly then discovered Mr. Simpsons license was suspended and found 1.4 grams of marijuana in his possession.
He was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana at 11:53 p.m. He is to appear in Oswego City Court.
