Justin C. Sullivan, 29, of 508 New York Ave., Apt. 1, was arrested at his residence Friday afternoon after city police said cocaine was found in his bedroom.
According to police, a small clear plastic bag of the drug was found. He was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, where he was released on $500 bail. He is to appear in City Court.
Police said an active warrant from Glens Falls city police on a charge of second-degree harassment was found on Mr. Sullivans record, but he will not be extradited on that charge.
