City police on Sunday arrested Latoya S. Goudy-Simmons, 22, of 224 Palmer St., Apt. 104, on a felony charge of criminal mischief after she allegedly damaged a vehicle in a domestic disturbance.

Police said Ms. Goudy-Simmons struck a 2014 Hyundai Sonata belonging to Sharrode C. Simmons, 224 Palmer St., Apt. 402., with an ice scraper, damaging the driver’s side mirror.

Because the damage was valued at more than $250, she was charged in the third-degree, a class E felony. She was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and held pending arraignment in City Court.
