A Evans Mills man was arrested Wednesday night after state police said he was found stuck in a snowbank on Gardnerville Road in the town of LeRay with his vehicle still running and his tires still spinning.

Anthony L. Tiger, 26, of 28344 Cardinal Lane, was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right.

Police said Mr. Tiger was not injured when he went off the road and struck the snowbank. His blood alcohol content was 0.17 percent, they said. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher is proof of intoxication.

He was released to military police with a ticket for LeRay Town Court.
