A Watertown man faces allegations that he had and sold cocaine in the city in the latter part of 2013.
Marcus A. Williams, 28, of 232 W. Main St., is charged with two counts each of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
The charges were contained in a grand jury indictment unsealed Thursday in Jefferson County Court. It is alleged that he sold the drug in mid-November and again in early December.
He pleaded not guilty at arraignment to each of the charges and was sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building.
