Man admits unlawfully entering Clayton Country Club

A Clayton man faces three years’ probation supervision after admitting Friday in Jefferson County Court that he unlawfully entered the Clayton Country Club.

Ross M. Patchin, 22, of 526 Merrick St., pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass. He admitted that he entered the club at 111 State St. without permission Aug. 7. In addition to probation, he is expected to be ordered to pay $254 in restitution at sentencing May 7.

A second man, Dakota J. Peters, 18, Clayton, pleaded guilty Nov. 7 to third-degree burglary in connection with the entry into the club and was referred to Drug Court.

In other court activity:

Justa L. Tupper, 30, whose last known address was 44208 Lime St., Natural Bridge, pleaded guilty to third-degree attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance. She had been charged Jan. 17 with possessing 34 oxycodone pills with no prescription in the town of Pamelia. Sentencing was set for May 6.

Wendell G. Alberry III, 29, whose last known address was 736 W. Main St., Apt 2, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief. He had been accused in December of breaking a laptop computer belonging to Kayde M. Lilley.

He subsequently was sentenced to an unspecified amount of time served at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and ordered to pay $1,200 in restitution in the form of a civil judgment.

Kyle D. Perdue, 28, Las Vegas, Nev., pleaded guilty by mail to second-degree falsely reporting an incident. He had been charged in February 2012 with calling 911 from a town of Pamelia motel and reporting that he had been injured when he had not been. He subsequently was sentenced to time served at the PSB and a one-year conditional discharge.
