After being stopped on Gale Street for allegedly driving at an unreasonable speed, Brian L. McCrory, 31, of 22988 Plaza Drive, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
He was stopped by city police on the 400 block of the road at 4:50 p.m. Wednesday. His blood alcohol content is not known. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or higher.
He was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and held on $250 bail pending arraignment in City Court.
