Motorists charged with DWI and related offenses

The following motorists were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

n Rebecca J. Wilson, 46, of 23612 Hyacres Road, Calcium, was charged by Watertown city police with aggravated DWI, along with improper lane use and improper tinting, after being stopped at 2:21 a.m. Saturday on Mill Street. Her blood alcohol content was 0.23 percent, police said. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher constitutes proof of intoxication. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or higher.

n Amber L. Sprague, 31, of 20268 Ford Street, Orleans, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies with aggravated DWI, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and failure to obey a stop sign after being stopped at 4:14 a.m. Saturday on William Street. Her BAC was 0.18 percent, deputies said.

n Kristian N. Daley, 22, of Canton, was charged by Potsdam village police early Saturday.

Police said he was stopped on Maple Street for driving without a headlight. His BAC was 0.15 percent, they said.

n Kyle L. Baughman, 21, Corsica, Pa., was charged by Potsdam village police early Saturday.

Police said Mr. Baughman was stopped on Clarkson Access Road for driving without a headlight. His BAC was 0.17 percent, they said.

n Donald S. Strawcutter, 43, of Punxsutawney, Pa., was charged by state police early Saturday.

Police said he was stopped on Route 37 in Louisville for failure to keep right. His BAC was 0.12 percent, police said.

n Caroline L. Blair, 64, of 13684 Thomas Road, Adams Center, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 10:11 p.m. Friday after being stopped on Ontario Street, Hounsfield. Her BAC was 0.13 percent, deputies said.

n Andrea N. Aimonetti, 26, of 120 Elm St., also was charged by state police with unlawful possession of marijuana after being stopped at Route 37, Pamelia, at 3:27 p.m. Friday. Her BAC was not immediately available.
