Ogdensburg police blotter


■Ogdensburg police ticketed Ashley L. Merrill, 25, of 506 Kiah St., at 8:34 a.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of Ford Street for driving without a passenger stop light and a left side mirror.

■ Police arrested Tommy L. Austin, 34, of 5110 County Route 6, at 2:25 p.m. Wednesday at the St. Lawrence County Probation Department on a County Court bench warrant for violation his probation. He was arraigned in County Court and sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, without bail.

■ Police arrested Jonathan J. Pribble, 18, of 314 Adams Ave., at 5:29 p.m. Wednesday at the police station on a City Court bench warrant for failing to pay a fine. He was arraigned by Judge William Small and released on an appearance ticket.

■ Police ticketed Lee A. Clark, 41, of Norfolk, at 1:13 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Ford and Elizabeth streets for failing to stop at a stop sign.

■ Police ticketed Jacquelyn M. Knable, 26, of 820 South Water St., at 4:01 p.m. Thursday at 312 King St. for blocking a driveway.

■ Police ticketed Stephanie S. Miller, 39, of 1019 East David St., at 4:22 p.m. Thursday on Route 37 near the intersection of Route 812 for following too closely after a two-car accident. Police said Ms. Miller hit a car driven by Frank P. Murray, 46, of 369 Mayhew Road, Rensselaer Falls. No injuries were reported. ■ Police ticketed Arthur F. Bennett, 39, of 316 Deviller St., at 7:28 p.m. Thursday on the 1100 block of Ford Street for driving without headlamps and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. ■ Police arrested Trevor J.K. Dodd, 25, of 717 Hamilton St., at 11:52 a.m. Friday at the police station on a City Court bench warrant for violating his probation. Mr. Dodd posted $500 bail and was released on an appearance ticket.
