BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police said Dillion J. Johnson, 20, of 12 Perkins Road, Massena, turned himself in Wednesday afternoon after learning a bench warrant had been issued for his arrest alleging he had failed to appear as directed on second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest pending in Massena Village Court.

He was arraigned on the warrant by Acting Massena Village Justice James M. Crandall and ordered to reappear Tuesday in village court. Mr. Crandall told Johnson if he misses another court date he should expect to be picked up on another warrant and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility unless he posts bail.
