NORFOLK St. Lawrence County sheriffs deputies arrested a Norfolk man on more than 70 counts of possessing and promoting child pornography Tuesday.
Deputies charged Tyler J. Harriman, 23, of 281 Marsh Road, with 37 counts of possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child and 37 counts of promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child, all felonies.
On Feb. 5, deputies said, they executed a search warrant at Mr. Harrimans parents Marsh Road home. During the search, deputies, along with Department of Homeland Security special agents, seized numerous computers and electronic devices that were analyzed forensically by the agents for the child pornography.
