PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Lorie C. Cross, 52, of Madrid with petit larceny at 7:55 p.m. Friday after responding to a shoplifting complaint at the Massena Walmart. She reportedly walked past the store’s last point of sale without paying for $22.77 worth of merchandise.



PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Sandra J. Moerlins, 44, of 20 Parker Ave., Massena, with petit larceny at 8:50 p.m. Friday after responding to a shoplifting complaint at the Massena Walmart. She reportedly walked past the store’s last point of sale without paying for $67.16 worth of cosmetics.



DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged James Amorosa, 67, of 101 Andrews St., Massena, with disorderly conduct at 1:09 a.m. Saturday after having multiple contacts with him during the course of the evening. Police said Amorosa was acting disorderly and refused to comply with police orders to alter his behavior when the arrest was made at the Andrews Street residence.



DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Kevin J. Lapage, 26, of 111 Woodlawn Ave., Massena, with disorderly conduct at 4:25 a.m. Saturday at 190 Center St. Lapage had reported he had been assaulted and police said when they arrived on scene they said he was in the driveway screaming. Police said he was charged after he refused to comply with requests to stop yelling.
