City police charged Evan A. Theoharis, 23, of 820 Mill St., Apt. 1, with third-degree assault after he allegedly punched a woman at the Paddock Club, Public Square, early Saturday.

Police said Mr. Theoharis punched Glenda S. Tate, Fort Drum, in the face, causing her to fall and chip her tooth.

Charged at 2:22 a.m. Saturday, he was released to the custody of Fort Drum military police with an appearance ticket for City Court.
