UNREGISTERED CAMPER - MASSENA - New York State Park Police picked up Joedi L. Foster, 21, of 169 Sylvan Falls Road, Potsdam, on an arrest warrant Wednesday charging her with being an unregistered camper in the campgrounds after hours stemming from an incident on May 27 on the Old Campground Road. She was arraigned by Massena Town Justice Gerald P. Sharlow, pleaded guilty and was fined $50.

The warrant has been signed Feb. 21 by Massena Town Justice James M. Crandall.



BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police picked up Tyler R. Paige, 25, of 114 Fisher Road, Louisville, on a bench warrant for failing to appear in town court as directed on a pending third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance count, The warrant has been signed Feb. 19 by Massena Town Justice Gerald P. Sharlow. Paige was arraigned Wednesday night by Judge Crandall and released under the supervision of the probation department pending an April 23 court appearance.



GRAND LARCENY - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Jeremy M. Cyrus, 31, of North Lawrence with two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny - credit card and petit larceny Wednesday following an investigation into a domestic incident reported at 9:10 a.m. Sunday from the town of Moira.



STOLEN PROPERTY - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Caleb J. Mossow, 16, of Massena with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 10:55 a.m. Wednesday stemming from an investigation into a March 3 burglary complaint from the town of Norfolk. The arrest was made at 9 North Clarkson Avenue. Tyler A. Valdez, 16, of Massena had been charged with the same count on March 6 as part of the investigation.

Troopers said that they stole property from a residence at 383 County Route 40 consisting of an Xbox game console, two controllers, six Xbox games, a bottle of Captain Morgan rum, a watch and a pair of broken sunglasses.



PETIT LARCENY - WADDINGTON - Massena-based state police charged Amanda M. Welcher, 30, of Chase Mills with petit larceny Wednesday following an investigation into a burglary complaint filed March 17 from the town of Waddington.



ONE INJURED - LISBON - Canton-based state police said one person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at 1:49 p.m. Wednesday on County Route 72, near Keys Road, in the town of Lisbon. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by David P. McBath, 72, of Lisbon.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MALONE - State police investigated a number of property damage accidents Wednesday around the region. Among those:

■ Leon P. Tuper, 48, of Moira and Kiana Ellen Durant, 18, of North Lawrence at 4:05 p.m. on County Route 8, near Harvey Road, in the town of Bangor.

■ Joseph J. Munroe, 47, of Chase Mills and Michael P. Jackson, 36, of Harrisville at 8:41 a.m. on Mill Street, near Route 3, in the town of Diana.
