The members of the Parishville Board of Fire Commissioners fully support the Parishville Volunteer Rescue Squad in its continued effort to respond to EMS calls to neighboring communities outside the township of Parishville.
We believe that, as a member of the St. Lawrence County mutual aid system, members of our rescue squad, fire department and dive team should respond to any situation that merits their support.
We also understand that organizations in our surrounding towns and villages will assist the Parishville rescue, fire and dive members through the mutual aid system in any event if needed.
As fire commissioners, we are very much aware of the many hours our volunteer rescue squad members spend every year training to improve their knowledge and maintain their certification.
We are certainly proud of their commitment to eagerly and professionally serve residents of Parishville and the surrounding communities whenever needed.
The services of our rescue squad, fire department and dive team are always provided without any charge to anyone who receives any type of emergency assistance.
If anyone has questions or concerns, please feel free to contact any member of the Board of Fire Commissioners or attend our monthly meeting, which begins at 7 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month.
