A Felt Mills man was charged at 12:29 a.m. Saturday by Watertown city police with disorderly conduct after allegedly urinating in public.

Joshua J. Bancroft, 20, of 30744 Route 3, was seen urinating in public view in a parking lot in the vicinity of Factory and Polk streets, police said.

Upon police arrival, Mr. Bancroft fled the scene on foot. He was apprehended by police, issued an appearance ticket and released to the custody of his mother.
