■ Ogdensburg police arrested Donald T. Hicks, 32, of 630 State Street, rear apartment, at 3:18 p.m. Thursday on the 500 block of Jay Street on a City Court arrest warrant for fourth-degree stalking. He was arraigned by Judge Gary Alford and released on his own recognizance. No further details were immediately available.

■ Police arrested Edward G. Gagnon III, 24, of 73 Turner Road, Hammond, on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant for a probation violation. He was transported to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton. Mr. Gagnon was also arrested on a City Court bench warrant for failing to appear at his court date. He was originally charged with petit larceny. Mr. Gagnon was issued an appearance ticket by Judge William Small.

■ Police ticketed Kimberly L. Piercey, 43, of 111 Center Road, at 7:49 a.m. Friday on the 700 block of Main Street for speeding.

■ Police ticketed Keitha C. Sovie, 61, of 424 Rensselaer Ave., at 11:50 a.m. Thursday on the 300 block of King Street for blocking a driveway and having an improperly attached registration tag.

■ Police arrested Kaitlyn A. Robinson, 22, of 1108 Knox St., at 12:04 p.m. Thursday at the police station on a city court arrest warrant for petit larceny. She was also ticketed for the unlawful possession of marijuana. Ms. Robinson was arraigned by Judge Alford and released on her own recognizance.

■ Police ticketed Kathleen G. Mattis, 62, of 29 William Manor Drive, Waddington, at 3:24 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of Proctor Avenue for speeding.

■ Police ticketed Cassie N. Remillard, 29, of 431 Belmont Courts, at 7:38 p.m. Wednesday at 426 Belmont Courts for second-degree criminal trespass. No further details were immediately available.
