DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Bryan D. Hillis, 27, of Chrysler, Ont., for disorderly conduct at 2:14 a.m. Sunday after he was observed urinating in public view on Church Street.

BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Brian N. Gray, 31, of 49 1/2 Maple St., Lot 1, Massena, on a bench warrant issued by St. Lawrence County Court for an alleged violation of probation at 10:18 p.m. Saturday. He was transported to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility pending arraignment in county court.

NO INSURANCE - MASSENA - Village police charged Michael J. Ashlaw Jr., 30, of 2510 County Route 55, Brasher, with operation of a vehicle with no insurance and operation of a vehicle with a suspended registration at 2:35 a.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Maiden Lane.

NO TRAILER LIGHTS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Rickey J. Herne, 24, of Alburgh, Vt., for operation of a trailer with no lights at 9:10 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Willow Street.

FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Paul J. Bombard, 50, of River Drive, Massena, for following too closely at 3:56 p.m. Saturday following a property damage accident on South Main Street.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Kelly R. Bradish, 48, of 69 Chase St., Massena, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operation of a vehicle with no insurance and ticketed him for operation of a vehicle with a suspended license at 9:57 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on East Orvis Street.

NO SIGNAL - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Britni J. Chapman, 25, of North Main Street, Massena, for failure to signal a turn at 2 a.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Andrews Street.
