The following are charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
n Debora A. Moschell, 52, of Potsdam, was charged by state police early Sunday morning.
Police said patrol noticed Ms. Moschell illegally parked on Park Street before she used the wrong turn signal while driving onto Hamilton Street.
Her blood alcohol content was 0.11 percent, they said. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher constitutes proof of intoxication.
n William W. McGaw, 30, of Lisbon, was charged by state police with two felonies for aggravated driving while intoxicated early Sunday morning.
Police said Mr. McGaw was stopped on State Route 37 in Oswegatchie for driving in the wrong lane.
Mr. McGaw, whos had a previous DWI conviction in the last 10 years, had a BAC of 0.19 percent, police said. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or higher.
n Corie W. Farr, 39, of Richville, was charged by state police early Sunday morning.
Police said Mr. Farr was pulled over on Depot Street in the village of Gouverneur for failure to stop at a stop sign.
His BAC was 0.09 percent, they said.
n Casey R. Williams, 41, of Williamsburg, Va., was charged by state police after a property damage accident at 3:52 a.m. Sunday on Interstate 81 in the town of Ellisburg. He had a BAC of 0.09 percent, police said. He was issued an appearance ticket.
n Jon E. Chamberlain, 26, of Watertown, was charged by state police at 1:28 a.m. Sunday after a traffic stop on Route 3 in the town of Hounsfield. Mr. Williams had a BAC of 0.12 percent, they said. He was issued an appearance ticket.
n Desmond M.L. Herbin, 23, of 14685 Autumn Ridge, Apt. B, Watertown, was charged by city police at 4:23 a.m. Sunday following a traffic stop at 800 Arsenal St. He was transported to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, where he registered a BAC of 0.10 percent, police said. He additionally was charged with speeding and failure to obey a traffic control device. He was released to military police custody and issued appearance tickets.
